Description

Surgical tape, often known as medical tape, is a type of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape used in medicine and first aid to apply a bandage or other dressing to a lesion. They allow air to pass through to the skin, which means it is breathable. Surgical tape is frequently white because it contains zinc oxide, which is added to aid in infection prevention. Porous material tapes, such as 3M Micropore, are widely used.

Microporous Design: Made with a microporous material that allows air and moisture vapour to pass through while providing a bacterial barrier.

Hypoallergenic: Formulated to be gentle on the skin and minimise the risk of allergic reactions.

Water-Resistant: Highly breathable yet water-resistant tape that can withstand exposure to moisture.

Easy Application: Adheres securely without causing irritation or leaving residue when removed.

Versatile Usage: Suitable for securing dressings, IV lines, and other medical applications that require a breathable tape.
